A NOTE FROM THE PREZ, or
WHY MMS IS MAKING THIS THE SUMMER OF LOVE

Hi everyone,

Well, if you've been following our newsletters lately you might have noticed a trend.

We've offered lower press runs for pressed CDs, given you a great way to get your music on iTunes, introduced eco-friendly packaging styles, including the new wide-spine eco-sleeve so your CD doesn't get lost on the radio station shelf, and last month, we offered you free posters with your product re-order.

Why? Well, basically everything we do at MMS follows one simple principle... "artist first, product second".

Right now, with the summer tour season just ahead, we know you've got enough to think about without worrying about having the right number of CDs at the right gig, having enough posters for the tour, making sure your music is on iTunes, and so on and so on.

So, here's my invitation to you:

Leave your CD worries to us.

When you manufacture your CD, DVD or download card with MMS, you can rest easy knowing that every detail will be looked after. We'll be checking the master for you, taking another look at that artwork before it goes to print, helping you afford promotional materials and importantly, delivering your CDs when we say we will: when you need them!... everything we can do, we'll do.

So in the end, you can focus on doing what you do best - making music.

Oh, and about that SUMMER OF LOVE thing...

Right now for every CD you order, MMS will throw in a free full-color custom postcard.

Make 1000 CDs, get 1000 postcards. 500 CDs, 500 postcards. 300 CDs... well you get the picture.

What does this have to do with love?

Well, if you're releasing a CD, we'd love for you to let people know that you are. Of course you're free to use the postcards any way you want, but as long as you're using them to tell people about your new CD, you might as well, you know, spread a little love with them too.. and this great deal lasts until the end of the summer, August 31st.

No matter what, here's hoping you have a summer full of sold-out venues, and lots of sales at the merch table.

And if you ever need to just talk over a manufacturing project, give us a call.
