WHY DID I GET AN "INVALID SELECTION" ERROR MESSAGE?

 

Here are some of the reasons why you might get an "Invalid Selection" error message while completing the MMS EXPRESS online quote form.  If none of these suggestions seem to fit your situation, please contact the MUSIC MANUFACTURING SERVICES office nearest you right away!

We offer Digipak packaging for quantities of 1000 units or more.

Change your disc quantity number to 1000 units or more

OR

Change your packaging style to something other than 6-panel Digipak

5" Printed Mini jackets

We offer 5" printed mini jacket packaging for quantities of 1000 units or more.

 

Change your disc quantity number to 1000 units or more

OR

Change your packaging style to something other than 5" printed mini jacket.

Jewel Case Black Tray

AND

Trayliner 4+1 or

Trayliner 4+4

A black jewel case will hide any printing on the reverse side of the trayliner.

Change your Trayliner to 4+0

OR

Change your packaging to Jewel Case Clear Tray

Jewel Case Clear Tray

AND

Trayliner 4+0

A clear jewel case shows the reverse side of the trayliner, so if you choose a Trayliner 4+0, you will see plain white paper through your spine and behind the CD.

Change your Trayliner to 4+1 or 4+4

Change your packaging to Jewel Case Black Tray
