Normally, cassettes are packaged in clear plastic
Norelco style boxes, with a one-panel J-Card printed insert. Cassette
shells (C-0's) are available in standard clear, black, and white as
well as a variety of colorful options. Cassette imprinting is in white,
black or custom color ink.
Cassette cards are printed in full color utilizing the four-color printing process. Standard graphics are printed four over one (4+1) meaning that the front is printed in full color and the back is printed in black and white. Available four over four printing (4+4) means that full color is printed inside and out. Special pantone (spot) colors can be substituted or added as a fifth color, for an additional cost
To prepare your cassette packaging, you or your graphic designer will need templates for the cassette cards and the cassette face. Please contact the MUSIC MANUFACTURING SERVICES Graphic Design department at artdirector@musicmanufacturing.com to discuss your cassette packaging needs, and to get the appropriate templates for your project.
