Lindsay Gillespie, President
A 30 year music industry veteran, former radio deejay, record
producer, label executive, award winning marketer, recipient
of dozens of gold and platinum records, and founder of MMS in
1988. His one release as an artist, 'Working on the Radio' was
voted #66 'Best Music of All Time' by CFNY-FM radio listeners
in 1983. Go figure.

Aaron Zon, Vice President
Aaron played for 8 years as a singer/songwriter/guitarist in Toronto based Jealous of Youth with 3 releases over the years. He graduated from York University in 1990 with a BBA and again in 1991 with an MBA in marketing. Since then, he has been working with independent artists/bands at MMS to help advance their careers on varying levels. |

Dave Larson, Customer Relations Manager, Toronto
Starting in the music business as the drummer for the band Radioblaster, Dave also helped run the band's label, Squirtgun Records. Since MMS made all of Squirtgun's CDs, he knew about MMS firsthand and when a job opened up he went for it. That was nine years ago and he now manages Customer Relations in Toronto and Montreal. |

Jordan Beard, Customer
Relations, Toronto
Jordan has been writing and playing music since he was fourteen.
He started in the MMS warehouse in 2005, moved up to the production
department in 2006, and from there progressed to sales. Being
a professional musician himself (he currrently plays bass in
the Toronto rock band Zuku) Jordan takes pride in not only being
knowledgeable about the various aspects of the music manufacturing
industry, but also being able to relate to the people who are
putting out the records. |

Matt James, Customer
Relations, Toronto
Matt is an independent musician with his own band - The New
Effector. As a graduate of the Humber College Jazz program and
a regularly gigging musician, Matt relates to the Indie musician's
life. He carries that understanding into his work at Music Manufacturing
Services where he helps independent musicians craft their final
product with great care.

Shawn Hewko, Customer
Relations, Montreal
A former live show promoter, Shawn studied music business and
sound recording at Trebas Institute in Montreal. Joining the
MMS branch office in Montreal allows Shawn to capitalize on
the big picture of CD manufacturing and apply his superior Customer
Relations skills to every project. A lifelong resident of Quebec,
Shawn is fluently bilingual in English and French.

Ben Olson, Sales and Customer Service, Nashville
Originally from Green Bay, Ben moved to Nashville to pursue
his songwriting career, and has been working in the music industry
for over 3 years. As a performing musician with a CD release
of his own, Ben knows first-hand what it takes to go from concept
through to finished product, and how to apply that experience
to his clients' releases. |

Robert Buck, Customer Relations, St. John's
Over the past 20 years Robert has gained extensive experience in performance, management, manufacturing, distribution, and recording, won three national Gold jazz drumming awards, four East Coast Music Awards, and served as a director of the MIANL and the ECMA. He still drums for a crappy bar band, loving every minute of it! |

Melissa Moxon, Graphic
Designer
Born and raised in Toronto, Melissa is a graduate of the graphic
design and advertising program at George Brown College. Since
her high school days in an all-girl punk band, music has been
an important part of Melissa's life and she still enjoys playing
guitar, and travelling to see her favorite artists. With her
previous experience in marketing, Melissa looks forward to helping
MMS artists raise their profiles, both locally and globally! |

Jane Evans, Graphic Designer
& New Media Coordinator
In addition to graduating with honors from Dawson College's
graphic design program in Montreal, Jane has received New Media
certifications from George Brown College and Toronto Image Works,
and has attained several packaging design and interactive media
awards. She brings over 15 years of graphic design and multimedia
experience to MMS and is no stranger to the music industry.

Andrew Korsh, Graphic Designer &
IT Manager
Andrew holds an honours BA in Mass Communications
from York University as well as an honours degree in Computer
Graphics Technical from Seneca College. He brings eight years
of experience in the computer graphics industry to the MMS team.
An avid fan of music ranging from hardcore punk to disco, he
works diligently to help all types of MMS artists realize their
vision.
